Merry Christmas ! Christmas Worship is Christmas Eve at 4pm. Traditional Service
Soup and Serenity has continued its quiet, faithful work this year, offering a warm meal and a welcoming smile for about 30 guests each week. Even in a difficult year, marked by the loss of two beloved team members, the volunteer team has carried on with compassion and resilience, honoring their legacy through their selfless dedication.
With deep gratitude, this ministry gives thanks for the steady support of the wider community, the church, and the congregation, whose prayers, presence, and generosity make every bowl of soup and every moment of connection possible. We will be taking the entire month of December off to rest and recuperate. We wish everyone a wonderful Holiday Season. We look forward to reconnecting on January 8. First Sunday of the month
Following 10am Worship Service Please bring a dish to share. It does not have to be fancy; it can be homemade or store purchased. We always have a variety of good food. Come and enjoy!

The Crafters are meeting on Saturday, November 8th, The group gathering starts at 9 a.m. and finishing by noon. Come and join the group as they knit hats and scarves. If you would like to learn to knit, to loom knit or crochet or perhaps you want to refresh your skills, someone will gladly help you. We have some supplies available. If you want more details about Crafters on a Mission, please call the office at 219-663-2255 Are you looking for a devotional? We have three different devotionals available for your selection. The three devotions are: Daily Bread, These Days and Upper Room. Each has a daily referenced Bible verse and a devotional followed by a prayer. They are helpful in encouraging spiritual growth. You can find these devotionals in the brochure cases – one is by the Main Street door, and the other is in the Gathering area. There are large print copies available. Take advantage of this opportunity to read and mediate daily on God’s word.
